![]() ****** stated on 4/13 that it was now pushed to early/mid May, and they would email me with updates. Ive emailed several times checking in and it takes 2-5 days to get an automated response, and then when an actual person responds, they assure me theyre working on it, but with no real answers because they have to check with the warehouse. *** attempted to calls several times and waited on hold over 30 min and no one picks up. The website stated at that time (and still states!) the item is in stock and will ship in **** business days. If I do not get a date that these will ship by I plan to pursue this company in small claims court. Any legitimate company is able to provide this type of information. This was because the associate put me on hold for several minutes!! I want a date that the items will ship and assurances when they will be received. and supervisors aren't available after 6:00 p.m. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told I couldn't because it was 6:03 p.m. Now I'm being told it could be up to another month before they arrive. This company needs to be held accountable and provide a definitive time when these items will ship and arrive to me since they should have already shipped. ![]() Every time I follow-up with them it's additional delays, no responses, and the run around. All I have asked for is to confirm when the items will ship since I spent over $2,000 on these orders. I feel like this company is giving me the run around. She said she didn't have any other information, but I could call back in a week to see if there was an update about when the item would ship. I said this was not acceptable given I ordered the item in April and was told that it had started the shipping process a week ago. ![]() After she put me on hold for a period of time, she informed me that the item would ship in "early June" and it would take 10 business days after that for me to receive the item. I spoke with **** in the sales department. On 5/11/23 I received a response from Burke Decor stating that "the order is in stock and has entered the packing and shipping process." I followed-up with them via email yesterday (5/15/23) and when I didn't get a response I called today. I emailed Burke Decor on 5/10/23 asking for an update. Both items were listed as "ready to ship" with an estimated ship date of ***** days after the order is placed. ![]()
